Arthur Turnbull Hill (1868-1929). Arthur Turnbull Hill was active/lived in New York. He wrote poetry and acted in plays, and was also a close friend of the painter George Inness, with whom Arthur later studied art. Arthur also studied briefly at the Brooklyn Institute.
