His found his motives in the landscapes of the Lower Rhine, Holland and the Belgian coast. Since he regularly spent the winters in the Swiss Engadin valley (Pontresina), the local mountains took a special role in his oeuvre. Dreydorff was a corresponding member of the Berlin Secession....
