    After graduating in 1952 from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, she began artistic work in the field of painting, drawing and graphics.


    Participating in many exhibitions at home and abroad, she won several awards, including a silver medal and a diploma from a member of the Tomasso Campanella Academy in Rome. The work of Danuta Leszczynska-Kluza includes, among others painting cycles "Hermitage" (1959-61), "Gardens" (1963-70), "Events" (1971), "Universe" (1975-83), etching cycles, "Zyciorys" gouache portfolio, silk graphics, graphics with photography and others.


    The artist's works are in museums in Poland and abroad, incl. in Stockholm, New York, Washington, Tel-Aviv, Tokyo, Edinburgh. In ...
