    Actual name is Otto Georg Karl Ackermann. He first called himself Ackermann-Pasing. He was a German landscape painter, illustrator and etcher. He was born in 1882 at Plauen, Germany and died in 1959 at Krailling, Germany.

    He was an etching student of Carl Theodor Meyer in Basel, Switzerland; studied at the Academy Leipzig, in collaboration with Andreas Curt Striegler and Dreßler, and beyond that was influenced by Heinrich von Zügel and Max Liebermann,

    In 1916 he worked as a drawing teacher in Schlitz/Hessen; worked temporarily as an illustrator for the mountain publisher Rudolf Rother in Munich; was member of the German artists' association "Die Juryfreien" Munich; mounted exhibitions in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Fürstenf...
