Chang studied in oil painting department of China Art Academy in 1982, and graduated from department of fine art in PLA (People's Liberation Army) Art School. Now he is professor in Shanghai Oil Painting School, and a member of Chinese Artists Association. Chang has been invited to many exhibitions, included Modern Chinese Art Fair 1990 (Japan, Italy), Chinese Art Exhibition 1994 (Japan, German), Shanghai Biennale Art Exhibition 1996, Chinese New Realistic Oil Painter Exhibition, etc. He had won the silver prize of National Art Contest for Youth in 1980, the bronze prize of National Art Contest in 1989, the creative award of Shanghai Art Exhibition in 1992, the prize of Chinese Oil Painting Exhibition, ...
