He then undertook a trip to Europe, and in 1910 he settled in Paris, where he studied with the Argentinian Raúl Mazza in Anglada Camarasa's studio from 1911. From Paris, under the influence of the master, he travelled around Spain on several occasions from 1912 onwards, and in 1913 he came to Mallorca for the first time.
