With an origin in the advertising industry, Regild developed its own style and designed a collage-like and graphic expression within the painting that contained a continuous symbol system. In the mid-1970s Regild together with Rolf Börjlind formed the stencil magazine “Kulturmagasinet Vargen” which was published 1974-75. In connection with the magazine, the duo also founded "The Wolves' publishing house", a book publishing company that published art books and "The Cultural Magazine Vargen". Works by Carsten Regild are currently represented at the Modern Museum and the National Museum in Stockholm, Malmö... Read full biography
