Born in 1924 in Kénogami. He studied architecture an his interest for art started at a very early age. His first exhibition in Arvida was a success, another one in Alma permitted him to exhibit at the Palais Montcalm in Québec and later, to exhibit across the province. He decided to dedicate himself totally to his art in 1964. Distinction: First and third price, and three mentions at the Salon du Printemps of the committee of Arts and Handicraft of Arvida in 1954.
