In 1944 he moved to Paris. His first exhibition was in Paris in 1946 at the Katia Granoff Gallery. After the war, he painted and did engraving in medal. Krol illustrated twenty literary works, and created murals for schools, as well as designed tapestries. He had many exhibitions Europe and the Americas.
