    Alexander Paul Fournier LLD (1939)

    An important Canadian painter, printmaker and draftsman, Alexander Paul Fournier (aka: Paul Fournier) was born in Simcoe, Ontario; raised in Hamilton, Ontario; and has lived in Toronto, Ontario since 1962. His works are discussed in most of the comprehensive Canadian art history books, exhibited widely, and included in the permanent collections of over two dozen major museums including the National Gallery of Canada and the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
