Graduated from Culture University and a member of New Painting Art Alliance. In 1983, he held a solo exhibition in Taipei. From then on he held numerous solo and joint exhibitions and biennial's in Paris, New York, Japan, Taiwan, etc. In 1987, he resided in Van Gogh's village (Paris) as an artist and researched lithographs at the Academy of Fine Arts (Paris). He received funds from the National Culture and Arts Foundation and his art pieces were collected by art museums in several countries. His sculptures combine Chinese traditional art and 20th century European artistic styles, developing a unique creation and sarcastic appearance. Fu's oil paintings have an automatic technique that creates an environmental image; presenting personal emotions and emotional upheavals. Abundant colors and characters on canvas have a discernible facial feature overlapped with style bringing forth a playful manner.
