    Angelina Drumaux (1881-1959), daughter of the poet Arthur Drumaux, was a Belgian paintress focusing on flower still lifes. She studied at the Academy of Arts in Liège, her teacher was Adrien de Witte. Her oeuvre shows portraits, landscapes, seascapes, still lifes and first of all flower paintings.

    At the beginning Drumaux was guided by nature and created realistic depictions, later the artist painted in the style of post-impressionism. Works of Drumaux are in Brussels the collection of the Belgium state and in the museums of the following cities: Liège, Ghent and Paris. (msc)
