Anna “Katharine Skeele Dann was born in Wellington, Ohio. She is co-owner and co-director of the Pasadena School of Fine Arts. Mrs. Dann was educated at Pomona College, University of Southern California, Art Students’ League, N. Y., Grand Chaumiere, Paris, and the Academy of Fine Arts, Florence, Italy.

She has exhibited widely throughout the United States; her work has taken many awards and is represented in the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum, San Diego Museum, Long Beach Museum of Art, the Pomona Fair Association Collection and many private collections.
