    Anne Rosat, born August 1, 1935 in Ferrières, is a Belgian artist and teacher. She grew up and studied in Brussels, before settling in Les Moulins, a hamlet in the commune of Château-d'Oex in 1958.

    Since 1969, Anne Rosat has been practicing the art of cutting, drawing inspiration both from Johann Jakob Hauswirth (de) (1809-1871) and from a long tradition of the Pays-d'Enhaut, she composes landscapes, climbs to the pastures, bouquets of flowers and scenes of local life. The arrangement of his silhouettes and his tiny colored papers guarantee his works a decorative effect.

    Very quickly Anne Rosat organized numerous exhibitions, in Lausanne (Galerie Black), Zurich (Quadriga), Geneva (Saint-Léger), Paris, New York or elsewhere. It...
