Baldomero Romero Ressendi (Seville, January 20, 1922-Madrid, April 11, 1977), was a Spanish painter. He trained at the School of Fine Arts in Seville, where he stood out for his great artistic talent, although he was considered by some of his teachers as extravagant due to his tendency to get out of the conventional classical molds.

During his formative stage in Seville he coincided with the natural painter of Marchena Eufemiano Sánchez, with whom he maintained a great friendship throughout his life.
