He began his training at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts in 1950 and graduated from the graphics department in 1956. He traveled extensively in Eastern Europe, France, and the Soviet Union, and his drawings were regularly published in journals. Kondor's oeuvre includes paintings, graphic work, frescoes, panoramas, glass windows, and poetry, showcasing his professional expertise, formal ability, narrative stance, and individual systems of motives and symbols.
