Bernhard Vogel is an Austrian painter and graphic artist known for his expertise in watercolor painting, particularly cityscapes. He attended watercolor seminars with Rafaela Toledo in 1984 and participated in the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Salzburg in 1985 under the guidance of Anton Lehmden. Vogel draws inspiration from artists such as William Turner, Kurt Moldovan, Klaus Fußmann, Karl-Heinz Fichthorst, and Oskar Koller. His work reflects influences from these artists, especially in his depiction of cityscapes.
