Brian Gormley was born in 1959, in New York, of Irish ancestry. Living and working in Bucks County, Pennyslvania, and Ireland, Brian is an internationally exhibited painter. His hybrid works are greatly influenced by the abstract expressionist and graffiti art movements. Brian Gormley came of age artistically during the New York City art boom years of the 1980's, when both neo-expressionism and street art raged.
