Carl Weisgerber (born October 25, 1891 in Ahrweiler ; † February 22, 1968 in Düsseldorf ) was a German landscape and animal painter from the Düsseldorf School .

Carl Weisgerber was born in 1891 in the town of Ahrweiler in the Ahr Valley, which is characterized by viticulture and tourism, as the fourth child of the married couple Carl Hubert and Elisabeth Weisgerber. Carl Weisgerber grew up in Ahrweiler with his four siblings Maria, Anna, Elisabeth and Wilhelm at Niederhutstraße 23. Another brother Heinrich Weisgerber had died in birth in 1887.
