    Carlo Follini was born in Domodossola (Verbania) in 1848. Follini died in Pegli (Genoa) in 1938. He exhibited at the Promoter of Turin, then took part in exhibitions of Turin, Milan, Florence, Naples, Palermo, Monaco, Munich, Paris, Cologne, London, and San Francisco.

    His works are kept at the Galleries of Modern Art in Turin and Rome. He exhibited in 1902 at the first Quadrennial in Turin and in 1915 at the International San Francisco.

    The Italian painter Carlo Follini was born in 1848, in Piedmont. He came to Turin in the mid-1870's, where he studied at the Accademia Albertina.

    Follini showed his works in a lot of exhibitions in Italy and foreign countries. The artist primarily painted the landscape of his native region, alpine scenery, and marine paintings. The artist is known for his atmospheric, freely and powerfully painted works.
