Cesar Rangel is a self- taught artist. Currently, he works in his workshop in San Francisco Tlalnepantla, Xochimilco. Among his exhibitions, the most relevant are: "Ni César ni Rangel" in Secretaría de Economía' art gallery, "Animal de otra Certeza" in Galería Alfredo Ginocchio, "Cuentahilos" in Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Ateneo in Yucatán and "Seres Vivos" in Raemian Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.
