    Charles Vetter, who lived from 1858 to 1936, moved in 1881 from East Prussia to Munich to study at the Academy of Fine Arts painting. Apart from brief interruptions, cousin lived in the Bavarian capital, which offered him diverse motives for his works. Over several decades, the painter was destined success with its influenced by Impressionism works. He exhibited regularly at the Munich Glass Palace and the Munich Secession his works.

    In 1906 he joined the Munich association "German Association of Artists - The watchman eV" in, the like-minded secessionists, the recent developments rejected as Expressionism, were members including Otto Pippel, Edward Cucuel, Ludwig Dill, Erich Erler, Friedrich Kallmorgen and Julius ...
