    Daze began painting on NYC subway trains late 1970. He is part of the historical writers. His style is a mixture of cartoon characters and lettering. Apart from the paint on the walls and trains, Daze began painting on canvas in the 1980s and became recognized internationally.

    Throughout his career he has consciously sought diversity in artistic collaborations. Trained at the High School of Art & Design, he focuses on the form as much as the writing itself. He is constantly experimenting and his paintings vary around a particular figuration, often disturbing, in the center of a composition studied, serving as the backdrop for his name.
