This July sees the first large scale exhibition of the work of Colin Birchall since his death in 2014. The exhibition, at The Crypt St Ives has been curated by Colin’s family and includes a large selection of Colin’s work - including pieces from his gallery in St Ives (which closed directly after his death) and previously unseen work from his personal collection.

Colin was a popular and prolific painter and stalwart of the St Ives Art scene. Typically using Acrylic on canvas, Colin’s Abstract work is inspired by the ferocity and beauty of the Cornish coastline.
