    Édourd Aidans (b.1930)

    He began his career in the magazine Spirou, where he illustrated some Belles Histoires de l'Oncle Paul in 1955 and became one of the main artists in Tintin in 1960. In addition to the comics, Bob Binn became a regular character in Tintin's games section.

    In 1962, Aidans came up with the realistic pre-historical comic Tounga, for which he also wrote the texts. Aidans started a third series in 1963, Marc Franval, which was scripted by Jacques Acar and later Yves Duval.
