Eduard Ovcácek (born March 5, 1933, Trinec, Czechoslovakia; died December 5, 2022, Ostrava, Czech Republic) was a pioneering Czech multimedia artist, renowned for his contributions to lettrism, visual poetry, and serigraphic art. His practice spanned graphic art, collage, sculpture, installation, and digital media, with a consistent focus on the expressive potential of graphemes, symbols, and textual abstraction.

Ovcácek studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava under Peter Matejka, and later at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague under Antonín Kybal.
