    Eduardo León Garrido was a Spanish artist born in Madrid. He began his training at the Escuela Superior de Pintura in Madrid and later traveled to Rome and Paris to complete his studies. He specialized in costumbrist paintings, dance scenes, and female portraiture. He also painted gallant scenes set in the 18th century and landscapes of the south of France and the Basque Country.

    Garrido exhibited his works in Parisian galleries and participated in the Salons of Paris, as well as in the National Exhibitions of Fine Arts of Madrid and in the International Exhibitions of London and Munich. He was represented in the Prado Museum and in the Charles Léandre de Condé sur Noireau (France), as well as in important national and foreign ...
