Edyta Matejkowska was a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She received her diploma in 2015 in the sculpture studio of professor Piotr Gawron and also worked in painting with professor Mariusz Woszczynski. She participated in the Erasmus program at Akademia di Belle Arti di Carrara in Italy in 2011. While studying under the voluntary program Artmisja conducted art classes with children 2010-11. As part of her BA diploma, she presented the "Spatial Act" bas-relief at the Czapski Palace in Krakowskie Przedmiescie (2012).
