    Ernst Seger worked in the atelier of Auguste Rodin (1840-1917) in Paris after his studies at the art school in Wroclaw and then opened his own studio in Berlin in 1894. In 1895 he created the memorial for Kaiser Wilhelm in Glatz, yet Seger is primarily known for his Art Nouveau sculptures of female nudes.
