Erwin Eichbaum (1928–2017) was a German painter and sculptor born in Düsseldorf. He studied at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf from 1944 to 1953 under Wilhelm Schmurr, Otto Pankok, and Ferdinand Macketanz, and was a master student of Theo Champion from 1951 to 1953.
