About the artist Ewa Witkowska

I graduated from economics studies and I've always dreamed of painting. I liked the images of Impressionists and Nabis. The beginnings were inept. Until I found a teacher. My last job in the corporation was in Kiev Ukraine. There, I found Anna Dakhno's studio, where I started learning how to paint with oil. I went to the studio whenever I could.

Over the next years I painted a lot myself, went to the open air painting and had exhibitions. I paint with oils but also with acrylics. Acrylics are a way for me to paint abstraction. I am interested in the complexity of the structure, the interpenetration of colors, fluidity and various materials.
Last time I started create using a clay.
