    Florencio Galindo was a Spanish painter and a disciple of Antonio López. He was born in an unknown year and was considered one of the most important painters of the second generation of the new Spanish realism. Galindo was interested in natural themes but always showed the mark of man and his determination to domesticate nature. He participated in solo and group exhibitions in various countries, including Spain, France, the United States, Finland, Serbia, Venezuela, Germany, and Brazil. His latest exhibition is 'The poetics of freedom', which is on show at Cuenca Cathedral
