    Grzegorz Drozd (b. 1970) is a contemporary painter who explores the concept of group versus individual in his artwork. He believes that art is subjective and cannot be received in groups, and that education should assume a human-human relationship. In one of his paintings titled "Educational Hour," he depicts a teacher and a group of children inside a school, emphasizing the homogeneity of the group through the use of a cold color palette and school uniforms.
