    Hans Nowak was born in Halle on the Saale in 1922. From an early age, he has been interested in painting.

    Thanks to an artist friend who helped him, he started his education early and entered an art school. To further perfect his paintings, he moved to Munich where he lived with fellow artists.

    Nowak’s career began to develop after the end of the Second World War. At that time, his expressive landscape paintings had been exhibited with great success. Nowak mixes all of his colors himself, so that each painting has a unique color impact.
