    Hugh Cameron Wilson (1885–1952)

    Artist and teacher, born in Glasgow, where he studied at the School of Art with Fra Newbery and Maurice Greiffenhagen. Exhibited at the Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts especially, RSA and Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool.

    His work is held by McLean Museum and Art Gallery, Greenock, Glasgow Museum and Art Galleries and Newport Art Gallery, Monmouth. Lived in Glasgow, where he was a member of the Art Club.
