    Janet (Holly) Middleton CPE, ASA, SWA (1922)

    A prominent western Canadian painter, printmaker, muralist and educator, Janet Middleton (aka: Holly Middleton; aka: Janet Holly Blench Middleton; aka: Mrs. Jack Churchill) was born in Vernon, British Columbia and currently (2017) lives in Canmore, Alberta (about 15 miles south of Banff). She was an associate of H.G. Glyde, Walter J. Phillips, A.Y. Jackson and several other mid 20th century Canadian art icons. Her works are in the permanent collections of several Canadian museums.
