He received an Inkpot Award, three Harveys and an Eisner . He is co-creator of E-Man, the Huntress, Kilowog, Arisia Rrab. He designed the modern Guy Gardner. He drew the Dick Tracy strip for 10 years. He is currently semi-retired.
