John Noel Smith is widely regarded as one of the finest living abstract artists in Ireland, and his illustrious exhibiting career has included prestigious exhibitions at the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the Royal Hibernian Academy - both in Dublin.John Noel Smith attended Dun Laoghaire school of Art followed by postgraduate studies in Berlin.
