Later he returned to Montevideo where he co-founded the Uruguayan Institute of Fine Arts with others such as: the sculptor Eduardo Yepes, criticism Celina Rolleri, White Lettieri, historian and architect Fernando García Esteban, architects Florio Parpagnoli and Luis Garcia Pardo.
