José García Ocejo was born in 1928 in Cordoba, Mexico. He studied Architecture at the UNAM, Arts in La Esmeralda and through a scholarship traveled Madrid and Austria to complete his studies. He is a multidisciplinary artist who likes to work with different techniques, is a connoisseur of Dadaism, lover of appearances and legendary for overflowing eroticism and desires of seduction.

As is the case with portraits of women, which arise as apparitions, with beautiful, attractive and sensual faces that are flooded with flowers, fruits or fantastic animals. In 1968, Jose was distinguished by the National Institute of Fine Arts and by the Committee of Terra Sancta of Milan.
