From 1900-07 Belloni was art teacher and director at the Industrial School of Morcolti (Switzerland). In 1908 he returned to Montevideo and joined the Círculo de Bellas Artes. After a while, Belloni traveled to Europe again and eventually studied at the Royal Academy in Munich and at the Scuola Libera in Rome from 1909-13. Back in Uruguay, he actively engaged in the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the University del Trabajo and the Facultad de Arquitectura. Belloni has received numerous prizes, such as the...
