    In 1946-50, Julian Boss-Goslawski studied at the Faculty of Sculpture PWSP in Sopot and Poznan. After graduation, he became a lecturer at PWSP in Poznan.

    He was a member of the avant-garde group of artists Poznan 4F + R. Early abandoned the traditional carving materials. He made sculptures from wood and tanned welded iron. Especially welded steel and other metals has become the main means of artistic expression. At that time, such as sculptures Exhumed, Hiroshima, Battleship bottom.

    Riders sculpture, depicting characters of Boleslaw the Brave and Otto III exhibited at Expo 2000 in Hanover.
