Born in Korea in 1963, Lee Jung-Woong is currently a member of Korean Arts Association. Till now, Lee has held over twenty solo exhibitions in Korea, and has participated frequently in various major exhibitions in France, Japan, China, and so on.

Lee Jung-Woong places Chinese brush onto Korean paper, and then paints what he wants to paint on the paper. In this way, the original texture and wrinkles of Korean paper is emerged and artfully increases some pleasure to the work.
