Karl Axel Pehrson 1921-2005, Karl Axel Pehrson's debut came with the 1947 men's group exhibition Young Art at Galleri Färg och Form at Brunkebergstorg in Stockholm. This exhibition has been described as the most important for the breakthrough of concrete art in Sweden and, in addition to Karl Axel Pehrson, showed works by Lage Lindell, Olle Bonniér, Lennart Rodhe and Pierre Olofsson, among others. In April 1954, Karl Axel Pehrson held his first solo exhibition when Galerie Blanche showed his paintings, watercolours and sculptures.
