    Kimon Loghi (b. 1871, Serres, Ottoman Empire - d. 1952, Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian painter of Aromanian origin.

    Between 1890 and 1894 he studied painting at the School of Fine Arts in Bucharest, with Theodor Aman and George Demetrescu Mirea as teachers. Theodor Aman suggested that he sign his works Kimon and not Chimon, because otherwise his name would have been read abroad by Simon, according to the French pronunciation.

    In 1894 he was admitted to the Munich Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied for a year with the Greek painter Nikolaos Gyzis, and, on the advice of his friend Frederic Storck, with Franz von Stuck (1895-1898).
