    Pupil of David, Louis Dupré was a boarder and official painter of Jerome Bonaparte from 1811. He painted many portraits of the royal family for the coronation of Charles X. Several of the books of his paintings were contained in Royal Museum exhibition 1824 and the lithographs that he made from the drawings reported his trip to Greece.
