Mieczyslaw painted landscapes and still lifes. He exhibited his works, among others, at the 1938 Salon at the Warsaw Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts, where he won a bronze medal for the painting Sleeping. In 1939, he participated in the collective exhibition of the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Krakow.
