    Oscar Sogaro (Dolo 09/14/1888 – Venice 12/13/1967) was an Italian painter known for his delicate visions of the Venetian lagoon and the Brenta in their changing colors. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and made his debut as a painter during World War I. Sogaro was part of the "Cà Pesaro rebels" movement and exhibited at various prestigious venues such as the Art Biennale in Venice. His works can be found in collections in Venice, Padua, and private homes.
