    Paul-Jean held eleven individual exhibitions between 1953 to 1973, at the famous Durand-Ruel gallery in Paris, then numerous exhibitions in the United States.

    French post-impressionist landscape painter, 1934 pupil of Pierre-Gaston Rigaud, exhibited at the Salon d'Automne since 1937, first trip to Morocco in 1949, 1953-73 annual solo exhibitions at the important Parisian gallery Durand-Ruel.
