    Painter, poet. Chairman of the Association of the Wanderers, founder of the AHRR. Studied at MUZHVZ, graduated from Kazan University (1911).

    Since 1908, he has been acting as an artist, taking part and organizing solo exhibitions in Russia, Finland, and Venice.

    Notable works: Outskirts of Kazan, 1908; Cloth settlement in Kazan. Winter, 1910; Fish market in Kazan, 1911; Fire tower in Kazan, 1917; Meeting in the Kremlin, Trotsky's speech at the Second Congress of the Comintern; People in mats, etc.

    The artist's works are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, private art collections in Russia.
